Ayurveda consultations consist of 2 appointments;  the initial consultation and the report of findings.

The initial consultation allows me to gather pertinent information that guides me in determining your doshic imbalance and will take approximately 1½ hours. Together, we go over detailed questions which are answered before our meeting, as well as pulse and tongue analysis.

At the report of findings, you will be given a detailed written record that will include your individual diet and lifestyle recommendations (if necessary, herbal remedies) to bring about balance and harmony. Ayurvedic therapies may also be recommended based on your needs.

Should any new symptoms or questions arise, advice and additional practices will be communicated via email. You are not alone after we complete our time together.
